All of our goods are new unless specified above and come from a smoke free home. All items are Blessed before being shipped. We gladly combine multiple purchases for shipping discounts whenever possible, see shipping info below or ask us if you have to. Payment is expected within 3 days. If you have something come up, please shoot us an email and let us know so we can try to work with you. If payment is not received, we will Hex you :-)... and you'll get really bad Karma..
Most items ship out the next day, unless we don't feel like it, or some grand cataclysm forever changes the Earth... We'll get back to you in that case.
International customers: Please familiarize yourself with you country's customs regulations BEFORE you bid or purchase an item. If you have something seized at customs, it is a you problem not a me problem, and doesn't warrant a refund. We reserve the right to cancel any sale we know is in violation of a particular customs regulation... sheesh there's alot of red tape anymore....
All sales should be final as we know you'll absolutely love your purchase. But on the rare occasion you are not thrilled or we screw up (very possible), just send us an email and let us try to make things right. If all else fails, we'll issue you a refund. (minus the shipping, of course, that's just crazy...)
